		<description>I change the water every day and just wait until I can smell it or touch it and feel a slimy film. Then I toss it. Usually about two weeks. But have you ever frozen your tofu? It changes the texture to a more meaty consistency. Don&#039;t worry, when it&#039;s frozen it will look brown. When you thaw it, it will turn white again. Squeeze out the water. It will be like a sponge and ready to soak up any sauces you put with it.</description>
