		<description><![CDATA[Great post. We don&#039;t have recycling in our building, either. I live in a four-unit apartment building in Miami, Florida. Our landlady has garbage pickup service but won&#039;t pay more for the recycling; for buildings under five units, recycling is not mandatory.

We don&#039;t have the option of returning bottles and cans for cash like in other states and we also don&#039;t have landfills or recycling centers -- only people who have city recycling service can use them. 

So now I save my recyclables and bring them to work, furtively depositing them into their proper bins in our lobby!! I feel kind of silly but it&#039;s the only option at this point.]]></description>
